Visiting Development Manager — Resident Experience & Safety

FirstPort is seeking a Visiting Development Manager in Southsea, Hampshire. The role is 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:00am-2:30pm) with a salary of £20,982 per annum plus benefits.

You’ll maintain a high profile on the development, manage contractors, support a Residents Association and engage with families, health and local authorities. Travel to team meetings is expected on a monthly/annual basis.
