Assistant Shop Manager – Lead Volunteers to Boost Sales

SHELTER HOUSING AID AND RESEARCH PROJECT (LEICESTER) is seeking an energetic Assistant Shop Manager for a brand new Shelter shop opening in St Albans. You will work with the Shop Manager to keep the shop welcoming, visually appealing and to motivate volunteers to maximise sales.

You will recruit and develop a strong volunteer team, represent Shelter in the local community, ensure a safe and inviting environment for staff and customers, and help drive income.
