Hybrid Fleet Administrator – Compliance & Logistics

ABM is seeking a motivated Fleet Administrator in Chesterfield to manage the day-to-day administration of our vehicle fleet, supporting drivers, managers, suppliers and partners to keep operations efficient, compliant and cost-effective.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, you will maintain records across fleet systems, monitor fuel usage, manage licences and compliance, arrange vehicle collections and transfers, and liaise with fleet providers.
