Nightshift Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s is recruiting a Customer and Trading Manager (Nightshift) for the Purley Way store, with potential redeployment nearby. You will lead the overnight team, manage replenishment, and ensure a smooth morning start. The role involves full shift responsibility, safety of colleagues, and driving high service standards.

Nightshift roles are full-time across 4 nights (22:00–08:00) with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary, and excellent benefits as part of our inclusive stores culture.
