Role Summary
The Performance Manager will lead our digital approach to performance monitoring, designing live, visual dashboards and reports that turn data into meaningful and actionable insight for Soft FM services. This includes integrating information from systems such as Synbiotix, Optima, and Power BI, ensuring Soft FM performance is transparent, measurable, and consistently improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain live, visual dashboards and reports that provide clear insight into Soft FM performance across sites.
- Integrate data from key systems (Synbiotix, Optima, Power BI) to create a comprehensive performance view.
- Analyse performance data to support stronger decision‑making, accountability, and value for money.
- Collaborate with contracted suppliers and in‑house teams to ensure performance measurements are accurate and actionable.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams across the Trust.
