Quantity Surveyor – NEC Contract Specialist (Infra)

Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd client seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a growing supply chain team. You will review and negotiate client contracts, manage contract administration, and implement NEC-based change processes across projects in the infrastructure sector.
