Studio Operations & Culture Manager

Critical Playground LLC in London is seeking a proactive Studio/Resource Manager to be the heartbeat of the studio. You will oversee studio operations, manage schedules and workflows, and help foster a collaborative culture that welcomes visitors and staff.

The role requires 3–4 years in a studio/resource role, strong organisational skills, and the willingness to work from the London studio three days per week. You will be the friendly face of the agency in a fast-moving, design-led environment.
