Senior F&B Manager: Events & Dining Leadership

Marriott Manchester Victoria and Albert Hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, conference, and events operations. You will report to the General Manager and drive service standards, revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all outlets.

You will inspire and develop the F&B team, manage labour costs, budgets, stock, and ensure compliance with brand standards and health and safety.
