Healthcare Records & Data Coding Specialist

Mendip Vale Group is seeking a diligent records assistant to support the processing and filing of patient records, both in paper format and electronically. The role involves accurate coding, registration and deduction of records in line with read coding, summarising and deductions protocols.

You will work as part of a small team within a clinical setting, contributing to high standards of data quality and privacy, and assisting in maintaining up-to-date patient information.
