We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and successful roofing company based on an industrial estate in Padstow.

Due to continued growth, the company is looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the office with a variety of administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business with the potential for a permanent position.

Hours:

  • 3 days per week
  • Flexible working days
  • Working hours can be flexible, ideally 9:00am–5:00pm

Pay:

  • £14.50 per hour
  • Weekly pay every Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration
  • Raising and processing invoices
  • Catching up with paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
  • Answering the phone and taking bookings
  • Assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks

This role is not heavily focused on data entry. We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment who is confident managing a varied workload and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • A positive, flexible and professional approach
