We are seeking an IT Product Leader for London Market Specialty (LMS) to be accountable for end‑to‑end IT engagement with the London Market Specialty business and its associated legal entities, SIMA and SINT. This role acts as theprimary IT relationship owner and strategic technology partner for the LMS leadership team, ensuring that IT services, change initiatives, and investments are aligned with underwriting priorities, operational needs, regulatory obligations, and enterprise standards. The role operates at both astrategic and execution level, shaping demand, overseeing delivery, and representing LMS interests across enterprise IT governance forums.

Your responsibilities will include:

Business Partnership & Representation

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the London Market Specialty business.
  • Act as the designated IT representative for SIMA and SINT, coordinating IT matters related to those entities, including governance, regulatory requirements, and delivery oversight.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with LMS executive leadership (Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, Risk).
  • Ensure IT engagement reflects business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain an LMS IT roadmap, aligned with business strategy, enterprise architecture, and regulatory obligations.
  • Translate business strategies into clear IT priorities, initiatives, and investment plans.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards while accommodating London Market–specific needs.

Demand Management & Portfolio Oversight

  • Own the IT demand lifecycle for LMS, from intake and shaping through prioritization and delivery.
  • Work with Architecture, Data, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Delivery teams to define appropriate solutions.
  • Balance local LMS needs with enterprise‑wide initiatives and constraints.

Delivery & Service Oversight

  • Provide oversight of end‑to‑end delivery for LMS initiatives, ensuring transparency, risk management, and predictable execution.
  • Monitor IT service performance affecting LMS platforms and users, including incidents, stability, and technical debt.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical LMS IT issues.
  • Ensure IT solutions supporting LMS, SIMA, and SINT comply with London Market and regulatory requirements (e.g., Lloyd’s, operational resilience, data governance).
  • Represent LMS, SIMA, and SINT in enterprise IT governance, architecture reviews, and prioritization forums.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and GRC teams on regulatory initiatives and audits.
  • Own LMS‑related IT budget oversight, forecasting, and spend transparency.
  • Ensure cost discipline and value realization from IT investments.
  • Oversee strategic vendors supporting LMS platforms and services, ensuring performance and accountability.

Your skills and abilities should include:

Required Experience

  • Significant experience in IT leadership, business relationship management, or technology delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of London Market or specialty insurance operations.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex demand portfolios.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with multiple legal entities.
