Term Maintenance Contract Lead – London

FM Conway is seeking a Contract Manager to lead our Term Maintenance division in London. You will own the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion, coordinating with clients, supervisors and subcontractors to keep sites running smoothly.

The role requires experience with Term Maintenance contracts, strong resource and cost management, and stakeholder engagement. A CSCS card, degree or equivalent, and a UK driving licence are preferred.
