Responsibilities:

• Ensure that assigned customer & internal projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Ensure all project progress is tracked accurately, using company designated systems, to facilitate performance analysis and continuous improvement. Report and escalat to management as needed throughout the project
• Effectively report any changes in resource requirement for a project in a timely manner
• Work with technical members of the team to produce all project documentation at point of handover from Sales including, but not limited to, project scope, objectives, timelines and success criteria
• Work within agreed project delivery framework to implement & manage agreed solution delivery schedule including any changes to project scope, schedule and required effort
• Coordinate allocated internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
