Job Description

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe.

Responsibilities

That includes:

  • Ensure team members complete training and hold valid SIA licences.
  • Manage staff rosters, leave, sickness, and absences.
  • Support, coach, and monitor Security Officers.
  • Maintain professional standards and conduct.
  • Recognise and reward team achievements.
  • Report incidents in line with procedures.
  • Work with management to improve service delivery.
  • Deliver and review operational and emergency training.
  • Monitor and report equipment faults.
  • Maintain proficiency in:
    • Access Control
    • CCTV
    • Detection Systems
    • Alarm Systems
  • Participate in company training.
  • Act as the first point of contact for security issues and escalate when required.

Essential Requirements

  • UK National
  • SC Clearance eligibility
  • 5‑year checkable work history
  • Valid SIA Licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • 5‑year checkable employment history (or supporting evidence covering periods of unemployment, self‑employment, or study)

Nice to Have

  • CCTV SIA Licence
  • Health & Safety training
  • Customer Service training
  • First Aid qualification
