Hybrid Project Manager – HR & Payroll Transformation Lead

Cornerstone is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the rollout of a new HR and Payroll system on a 6–12 month fixed-term basis. The role is based in Scotland with offices across the country or hybrid working.

You will drive end-to-end process change, manage stakeholders across HR, Finance and IT, and deliver the programme on schedule while maintaining high quality and clear communication.
