Senior Scheduling & Business Services Manager

Derbyshire County Council is seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to lead the Direct Care Scheduling Service (Flexible Resourcing) on a full-time, fixed-term basis. You will play a key role in ensuring effective delivery, development and continuous improvement of workforce scheduling to underpin safe, timely care delivery.

The role involves leading scheduling staff, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving performance and governance in a dynamic, regulated care environment.
