The Projects
What used to be £500k-£1m schemes are now consistently £3m-£6m Super Prime residential projects across:
- Heavy refurbishments of single dwellings
- Full strip‑outs & rebuilds
- High‑end fit outs and extensions
All delivered for UHNW clients – where detail and quality are everything.
The Role
- Supporting commercial delivery across multiple live projects
- Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
- Assisting with cost control, procurement and variations
- Working closely with senior commercial staff
- Getting exposure to some of London’s most high‑end residential schemes
What You’ll Need
- Experience within construction (ideally high‑end residential, but not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Good communication skills with subcontractors and project teams
- Join a well‑established, growing Prime residential contractor
- Genuine opportunity for progression as the business scales
- Strong pipeline of secured Super Prime work
- Based in a very nice office in Fulham
