Shift Supervisor: Food Service & Team Leadership

Papa John’s in Winchester is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and operate the restaurant to ensure high quality products and outstanding customer service, driving profitability and policy compliance. You will oversee shift coverage, ensure product quality, and help manage costs and inventory.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, possibly a Serv-Safe certification, and prior shift-leading restaurant experience, with flexibility for long hours, nights, and weekends.
