Project manager/Business Analyst for CityBee & MyBee.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analisebusiness requirements, processes,suggest solutionsand prepare projectplans
- Collaborate with stakeholders toplan andcommunicateprojects flow, status, problems andpossiblesolutions
- Createand maintain the product backlog. Ensure that the development team understands and implements the requirements effectively
- Engage with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure product alignment with market demands
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of product features
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and define KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as aProject Manager,ProductAnalyst
- Be familiar withand have experience inagileprojectmanagement
- Familiarity with product development and hands‑on experience in analyzing productfeatures
- Capability to grasp complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders
- Goodcommunication skills and demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, marketing, and businessprofessionals
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with effective planningskills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
