Overview
One of the UK’s largest independent Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be based in London. The client has a network of offices across the UK and overseas, with a strong reputation and currently working on top-tier developments.
Role
The Quantity Surveyor will take full client ownership of projects from inception to completion, working across Retail, Leisure, and eventually Residential, Commercial, Education and Health sectors. Project values range from £1 million to £20 million.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on the Consultancy/PQS side.
- Experience working on Property/Building projects.
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
