Property Compliance Coordinator

Catch 22 is partnering with a Bracknell-based property-focused organisation to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join their team. You will support the management of statutory compliance across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring records, certifications, inspections and maintenance activities are tracked and maintained.

You will maintain compliance records, monitor safety areas, track expiry dates, upload and validate documentation, and liaise with contractors to schedule inspections.
