Civica is seeking a Change Manager to drive the people side of the global Certinia PSA programme. You will shape the change strategy, engage stakeholders across regions, and support adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Working with programme leadership and partners, you’ll maximise adoption, minimise disruption, and ensure long-term success of the investment. This hybrid role offers flexibility between local office and remote work.
