Lead Production Team – Safety, Quality & Improvement

Unipart Technologies Group is seeking a proactive Cell Leader to guide a production team on the shop floor in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will lead daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to health & safety standards while maintaining high stock accuracy and quality control.

You will identify training needs, drive improvements, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure all production requirements are met.
