Three Retail Customer Advisor
Location: 73 London Rd North, Lowestoft, United Kingdom, NR32 1LS.
Salary: £13.72 per hour + an on-target bonus of 15%, paid out monthly based on your store’s performance.
Working hours: 20 hours across 4 days per week, including weekends.
Job Description
As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting each customer’s unique needs as they enter your store. Your dedication to customer service and your knowledge of our products and services will help us achieve unparalleled standards across Three while hitting sales targets together as a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, leaving customers feeling positive and valued.
- Service Excellence: Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
- Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store key performance indicators (KPIs) by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
- Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network-related enquiries, ensuring a prompt resolution.
Qualifications and Qualities
