Deputy Care Home Manager – Lead & Train Dementia Care

Runwood Homes Bramwell is seeking a Deputy Manager for Bramwell Care Home. You will lead the care team alongside the Home Manager to maintain high standards of person-centred care for residents, including those living with dementia.

With 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, every other weekend), you will oversee medication administration, support care planning, and staff training. The role offers progression within Runwood Homes and access to ongoing training and induction.
