Retail Team Leader – Coaching & Customer Focus

ASDA is seeking a Team Leader to join our busy retail operation at EXP – 5065 Tower Bridge. This permanent, full-time role offers 36 hours per week, days shifts and a pay rate of £15.35 per hour. You will lead a team across replenishment, checkouts, grocery and fresh, keeping shelves stocked and customers happy.

You’ll coach and motivate colleagues, adapt to store formats including Asda Express, and use data and insights to drive decisions, support your team and help achieve targets.
