  • Monitor the daily performance of on‑site service partners, escalating any service concerns where appropriate.
  • Maintain professionalism, discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Respond positively to customer requests, using initiative and problem‑solving skills to find solutions.
  • Carry out regular floor walks to proactively identify issues.
  • Log and monitor requests through the helpdesk system, ensuring customers receive regular updates until completion.
  • Visit customer companies regularly, gather feedback and build strong working relationships.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of customers within the building.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, phone booths and communal spaces remain clean, presentable and fully operational.
  • Manage and replenish coffee points, ensuring supplies are fully stocked throughout the day.
  • Maintain presentation standards across hospitality areas and promptly deal with spillages and general housekeeping requirements.
  • Support the delivery of workplace events, activations and community initiatives.
  • Assist the Senior Community Manager in developing innovative customer service initiatives.
  • Promote a collaborative one‑team culture with colleagues, clients and service partners.
  • Provide cover for colleagues when required, including café support during breaks.
