We are particularly keen to hear from candidates based in the Antrim and Ballymena areas, although we have a wide range of placements available throughout Northern Ireland.

About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will support individuals with their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing while promoting dignity, independence and respect at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum ofthree months’ experience working in a care setting
  • A caring, reliable and professional approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
