Level 3 Practitioner Role Staffnest Ltd is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, supportive nursery team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and creating enriching learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Maintain a safe, stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and record children’s development
Uphold safeguarding, EYFS standards, and nursery policies
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of EYFS
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
