Head of Internal Audit & Controls (Remote)

Bending Spoons is seeking a diligent professional to own and drive SOX compliance across our processes and IT systems. You will lead internal control evaluations, identify gaps, and drive remediation, while shaping the internal audit function and governance framework.

The role collaborates closely with external auditors, senior management, and the audit committee to deliver findings and recommendations that strengthen risk management and business controls.
