Paid for Your Shift Not Per VisitLet’s be honest.One of the biggest frustrations in home care is being paid by the visit while spending valuable time travelling between calls.That’s not how we work.As a Reablement Care Assistant, you will be paid for your scheduled shift, not per call or visit.That means:? Evening Shift4:00pm 10:00pmPart-time and full-time opportunities available.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Be DoingAs a Reablement Care Assistant, you’ll support people recovering from illness, injury or hospital admission, helping them regain confidence and independence in their daily lives.You’ll support people to:?? Rebuild ConfidenceEncourage and motivate clients to complete everyday tasks independently.?? Improve MobilityAssist with walking, transfers and exercises prescribed by healthcare professionals.?? Prepare Meals SafelySupport people in preparing their own meals and drinks where possible.?? Manage MedicationPrompt and encourage safe medication routines.?? Regain Domestic SkillsHelp clients relearn household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and maintaining their home.?? Reconnect With Their CommunityBuild confidence in accessing local services, activities and social opportunities.?? Monitor ProgressObserve improvements, identify setbacks and report changes appropriately.??
