Interim Director, Housing Property & Asset Management

4M Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Housing Property, Investment & Asset Services for a 12-month contract with two days per week in Bristol. This leadership role oversees housing property, investment, asset services, and drives the strategy for safe, compliant, energy-efficient homes.

You will lead repairs, planned maintenance, asset management, capital investment, building safety, and regulatory compliance, while managing the HRA capital programme and budgets.
