Health, Safety & Compliance Leader

Michael Page is recruiting for a Head of Health, Safety and Compliance to ensure all staff are trained to work safely and to protect clients living in their homes. You will lead the safety strategy, manage budgets and drive regulatory compliance across a growing housing portfolio.

The role requires chartered IOSH status with NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, strong leadership, and the ability to influence at executive level while delivering clear, data-driven safety reporting and training programs.
