Director, CXM Flex Strategy & Product (On‑Prem)

Quadient is seeking a Director of Product & Strategy, CXM Flex, to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the on‑premise CXM portfolio. You will manage a small PM team, partner with R&D, Customer Success, and Sales, and shape cloud migration paths and AI integration.

This role requires deep CCM/CXM domain expertise, executive communication, and a track record in regulated industries, with accountability for P&L and strategic customer engagements.
