Hospitality Operations Leader — Budgets, Safety & People

Team Sport is seeking an experienced site operations leader to oversee daily operations, enforce procedures, manage wage budgets and deliver high service standards. You will coach and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, maintaining safety and compliance across all shifts.

You will be on the ground during busy evenings and weekends, ensuring adherence to SOPs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusive leadership.
