Strategic Talent Partner — AI‑Driven Hiring Engine

Beyonk, a ticketing and marketing software company, is hiring an in-house Recruiter to build our hiring engine in London. You’ll own everything from intake to offers, partner with UK and US managers, and shape how we attract and hire great people across functions.

Based in our London office with 2x per week in the office, you’ll design processes, implement AI-first sourcing, and build Notion-based systems to scale. You’ll move fast, keep quality high, and hire for potential and culture.
