NBCUniversal is seeking a Contingent Workforce Lead/Specialist to partner with HR and business teams across the UK and international markets. You will own the contingent engagement process, manage suppliers, and provide governance, reporting and policy guidance to enable a compliant, high-performing contingent workforce.
The role requires strong HR/TA experience, knowledge of UK employment law and IR35, and the ability to coordinate with payroll, legal, tax and finance functions.
