Biopharma Partnerships Director — Equity & Hybrid Role

Unilabs, a leading European diagnostics group, seeks a senior BD professional to drive pipeline in Rare Diseases, Targeted Oncology and Immunology. You will secure meetings with senior sponsors, shape commercial data/recruitment contracts, and own end-to-end deal closure.

You’ll bridge clinical teams with engineering and informatics, ensuring delivery against agreements. You bring 5–10+ years of BD in RWD/ CRO or tech-enabled trials, fluency in English, and autonomy in a seed-stage setting.
