Interim Deputy Head of User Experience & Live Services

Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking an Interim Deputy Head of User Experience in East Kilbride with hybrid working. The role leads across service management, user experience and customer-facing functions within a secure technology environment, reporting to the Head of User Experience.

You will oversee live service operations, drive improvements, and ensure user needs and research insights shape service design. SC clearance may be required, with DV preferred.
