Head of Operations, Children’s Residential Homes

Austin Dean Healthcare Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Head of Operations to lead a growing portfolio of Children’s Residential Homes in London. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, line manage Registered Managers and ensure safeguarding, quality and performance.

The role requires an ambitious leader with strong relationships with Local Authorities, Ofsted readiness and a track record of service improvement, budgeting, occupancy and organisational growth.
