Senior Product Manager: Player-Coach, Operations

So Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Operations product area (Measure, Recover & Assist & Resolve) in a player‑coach role, owning a product line end‑to‑end and guiding a small team of Product Managers.

Reporting to the Product Lead, you’ll shape strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive growth while coaching the team across discovery, prioritisation and delivery in a hybrid London setting.
