Charity Executive Director – Strategy, Recovery & Growth

Chichester Counselling Services (CCS) seeks an Executive Director to lead the charity through consolidation, rebuild the operating model, and work with the Board to shape long‑term strategy. The role requires strong governance, financial stewardship, and a commitment to accessible mental health services across West Sussex and Hampshire.
