Hybrid Head of Field Operations & Growth

Croci Collective, a fast-growing UK direct marketing and consumer events business, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the operational engine behind nationwide pop-up activations. Based in London with regular UK event travel, you will oversee logistics, workforce planning, contractor compliance and KPI delivery.

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll build scalable processes, manage budgets, mentor Operational Managers and drive profitability.
