Senior Software Engineer

We’re partnering with a leading global trading firm to hire a Senior Software Engineer to help build a next-generation Execution & Order Management System (EMS/OMS) from the ground up.

Working in a small, high-performing team, you’ll develop low-latency trading systems, build exchange connectivity, and collaborate directly with traders to deliver business-critical technology.

What we’re looking for

• Experience building Execution Management Systems (EMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or other electronic trading platforms.
• Commercial experience with Python, C++ or Rust.
• Solid understanding of concurrency, networking and performance optimisation.
• Experience working on low-latency or high-performance systems.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
