Lead Mechanical Engineer, Defence Systems (Hybrid)

Thales is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of advanced defence technologies across Weapon Systems, Missile Systems and Platform products in a hybrid Belfast role, with in-office presence at least 3 days a week and up to 10% travel.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, ensure cost-effective, manufacturable designs, and drive engineering excellence across multidisciplinary teams while delivering robust solutions that meet programme milestones.
