SEA Ltd is seeking a Head of Discipline – Systems Engineering to lead the systems engineering function across UK defence and security projects. You will drive requirements management, architecture strategies, and lifecycle assurance to ensure coherent system delivery.

The role requires 25 engineers leadership, governance expertise, and deep technical credibility, with hybrid working from Bristol, Beckington or Barnstaple and regular travel. Salary up to £90k, commensurate with experience.
