Working within a highly experienced team and supported by state-of-the-art design, manufacturing and test facilities, you’ll play a key role in the development of innovative RF and microwave products from concept through to production.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing RF and microwave circuits, modules and subsystems.
- Performing RF simulation, modelling and analysis.
- Supporting product development from concept, prototyping and verification through to manufacture.
- Conducting system line‑up, performance and tolerance analysis.
- Working closely with mechanical, electronics, manufacturing and test teams.
- Supporting design reviews, technical investigations and product improvement activities.
- Contributing to the development of next‑generation communications and defence technologies.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring opportunities for more senior‑level positions.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree‑qualified in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, RF & Microwave Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in RF, microwave or mmWave design and development.
- Knowledge of RF simulation and design tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, CST, HFSS, EMPro or similar.
- Experience working on amplifiers, filters, transceivers, antennas, RF front‑ends, modules or complete RF systems.
