More about the role

As a Senior Lawyer within our Multi‑Track Accidents team, you will manage a caseload of complex, high‑value multi‑track personal injury claims, typically valued up to £1,000,000. These matters arise from serious accidents such as road traffic collisions, workplace incidents and public liability claims, and require confident handling from instruction through to resolution.

You will be responsible for leading cases from initial investigation through litigation to settlement or trial. This includes developing case strategy, instructing counsel and experts, preparing for and attending JSMs and ADR, and ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with client expectations. The work offers the opportunity to handle substantial claims involving significant injuries and quantum, while maintaining strong client relationships throughout each case.

Alongside managing your own caseload, you will support the wider team by providing technical guidance to junior colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to maintaining high standards of case quality. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across the department to support performance and operational objectives.

More about you

We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors or legal executives with strong experience in multi‑track personal injury litigation, particularly those who have handled higher‑value accident claims. You will have the confidence and technical ability to manage complex cases, up to a value of £1,000,000 with autonomy, while maintaining excellent standards of client care and file management.

In addition to managing competing priorities effectively, we look for sound litigation judgment and strong organisational skills. Experience of supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is advantageous, as is a collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.
