Senior Design Engineer – Reliability, Supplier Accountability

Kodu, the UK’s leading electric golf trolley brand, is seeking a Senior Design Engineer in Basingstoke. You will own reliability, lead failure analysis, and hold suppliers commercially accountable. Salary £50,000–£55,000 with 25 days’ holiday. A small team provides real authority and impact on every product.

You’ll drive improvements across current products, manage DFMEA/PFMEA and DVP test plans, and contribute to the next trolley programme with decisive design decisions.
