AI Transformation Architect

Janus Henderson Investors in London seeks an AI Business Partner for Builders to design and run our AI transformation expansion, defining curriculum and leading cohort models across Technology, Investments, and Innovation to embed modern AI tooling.

You will design the Builders curriculum for engineers and analysts, lead cohort sessions, collaborate on Phase 3 with Percepta and the technology org, and drive governance, adoption, and measurement within a regulated financial services context.
